In Part 1, we unpacked Philippians 4:19 and settled this truth:
But promises don’t change lives just because we quote them.
They change lives when we receive them.
So here are three truths you need to understand in order to receive from God.
Before you try to get blessed… you need to settle that you already are.
2 Peter 1:3 says God has given us everything we need for life and godliness.
Ephesians 1:3 says we have been blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Not will be.
Have been.
One of the biggest hurdles we face isn’t lack… it’s unbelief.
We don’t fully believe we’re blessed.
But because of Jesus, right now, wherever you are… you are blessed!
Say it: I’m blessed.
This isn’t arrogance. It’s identity.
1 Timothy 6:17 reminds us not to trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God “who gives us richly all things to enjoy.”
Blessing must be believed to be experienced.
Faith activates what grace has already provided.
2 Corinthians 9:8 says, “God is able to make all grace abound toward you… that you may have all sufficiency in all things and an abundance for every good work.”
Notice the language:
God’s goal isn’t barely enough.
It’s enough for you… and overflow for others.
But grace is accessed by faith.
Romans 5:2 says we have access by faith into this grace.
Everything was secured at the cross.
But faith is how we step into it.
Jesus said in John 10:10 that He came to give us abundant life.
Not stressed life.
Not survival life.
Abundant life.
He’s able.
And He wants to show you just how generous He is.
Now let me pastor you for a moment.
Giving isn’t how you earn provision.
Giving is how you express trust.
When you know your source, generosity flows naturally.
If you truly believed planting a seed would produce a harvest… you wouldn’t hesitate to plant.
Giving is a faith move.
It’s you saying, “God, You are my source… not the system.”
James says faith without action is dead.
Giving is faith with action.
It breaks fear.
It breaks small thinking.
It breaks dependence on the natural system.
When you give in faith, you’re aligning with heaven’s economy.
You’re living from identity… not insecurity.
Here’s the bottom line:
It’s time to stop thinking small.
It’s time to step into supernatural supply.
Not by pressure.
Not by performance.
But by faith!
He can afford it.
And He invites you to trust Him.
